Crown & Bridges

CROWN & BRIDGES (Tooth Color / All Ceramic)

CROWN:

A crown is a dental restoration that “covers or caps” the remaining part of a prepared tooth, making it strong and giving it the shape, size, function and appearance of a natural tooth.

A crown is an appropriate choice for teeth that have discolored, suffered extensive damage and the structure has been left weakened or brittle. These artificial restorations are essentially a protective “cap” that is custom prepared and is permanently bonded to the damaged tooth to provide strength and restore beauty of the smile.

BRIDGES:

A dental bridge is a suitable choice for patients who have suffered single or multiple tooth loss. This custom designed restoration is used to literally “bridge the gap” caused by tooth loss.

The process of making dental bridge consists of reshaping the adjacent teeth of missing space so that they are suitable for the dental crowns to sit over. Then an impression is made and uses to create bridge in laboratory. Once completed bridge is fitted over remaining teeth to fill the gap.

Here we provide full metal, Porcelain fused to metal (PFM) and all ceramic crown & bridges according to the patient needs and their requirement.

Braces

BRACES (Teeth Color / Invisible Braces)

Braces are a solution for correcting alignment problems in growing and mature teeth and jaws. With recent advancements and modern techniques braces are now easier, comfortable and take less time. Also with the availability of ceramic braces they are now less noticeable and choice of material for many patients.

Types of braces:
     Metal braces
     Teeth colored ceramic braces
     Lingual braces

Lingual braces are a new form of orthodontic treatment with a twist – they are applied to the inner side of the teeth! This means they are “invisible”. It provides all the benefits of traditional braces without obstructing your smile. Lingual braces are not only cosmetically appealing but are much more comfortable than traditional orthodontics as they do not irritate the lips and cheeks.

A full assessment of the patient occlusion determines the entire treatment plan from start to finish. All Assessments are carried only by a Specialist Doctor in Orthodontics.

Cosmetic dentistry aimed at improving look and overall appearance of the teeth and smile. Whether you have chipped, cracked, discolored or misaligned teeth, by using advanced cosmetic dental treatments we can rejuvenate the appearance of the smile. It includes a variety of dental treatments such as

Teeth Whitening / Bleaching

Teeth whitening enable you to regain that beautiful smile and achieve a fast and instant color transformation of the teeth. Our teeth contain millions of small microscopic pores and over time, substances from food, fizzy drinks, tea, coffee or tobacco penetrate these small pores causing our teeth to discolor and lose that natural shade. So, teeth whitening treatment is designed to remove cosmetic stains for a more refreshed smile.

There are 2 types of teeth whitening:  in-office LED whitening system, or the home-whitening kit, each treatment is tailored specifically to the individual needs of the patient.

Dental Jewellery

Now a day’s smile can be further enhanced by the application of dental jewellery on the front teeth according to the patient desires. It can be applied on a single or multiple teeth.

Wisdom

WISDOM TOOTH REMOVAL

Wisdom teeth are the last teeth to erupt in the mouth - typically in the late teen to early adult years. Although some people may not encounter any issues with their wisdom teeth, it is estimated that over 80% of people struggle to keep their wisdom teeth.

When the wisdom teeth do not erupt properly, they can become ‘stuck’ under the gums in bone, known as impaction. Impacted teeth can be very problematic as it can irritate the gums, cause an abscess to develop or even damage the adjacent teeth. Hence a proper diagnosis and safe removal of these teeth is necessary.

A specialist oral surgeon is also available on regular bases for some of these difficult cases. All these teeth are removed without pain and proper guidelines for the post extraction instructions are provided to the patient.
